Distillation speed – up to 2 l/h. Features: The "head" of the Econom still consists of a detachable thumper and a classic coil condenser. It attaches to the distillation pot via a flanged connection with an additional silicone gasket. The flow-through coil condenser has 5 coils, providing a distillation speed of up to 2 l/h. The thumper not only adds extra aroma to the alcohol vapors but also purifies them from harmful impurities. Temperature control: The flanged connection is equipped with a sealed port for an electronic thermometer and a pressure relief valve. The thermometer allows precise monitoring of the wash temperature inside the pot, while the valve helps prevent the consequences of incorrect heating. Versatility: The distillation pot with flanged connection is a classic design. The neck diameter of 11.5 cm provides convenient access to the interior of the unit for cleaning after distillation. Reinforcing ribs prevent the tank from deforming during use and transport, preserving the original appearance of the product for a long time. The advantage of the flanged connection lies in its practicality and ease of assembly – simply place the "head" onto the tank and secure it with 6 steel wing nuts. The seal is provided by a food-grade silicone gasket. The second advantage is the affordable price: the thermometer and pressure valve are mounted on the distillator flange rather than on the distillation pot, meaning that purchasing a larger or smaller tank will cost less.
