These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the KYB.MD website and purchases made through it. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. KYB.MD reserves the right to update this document periodically; the version in effect is the one published at the time the order is placed.
Orders are placed via the shopping cart, the "Buy in one click" option, or by phone. An order is considered confirmed once an operator contacts you for confirmation, or, in the case of online payment, after the payment has been successfully processed.
All prices shown on the website are in Moldovan lei (MDL) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We accept online card payment, cash on delivery/pickup, and installment payment (see section 4).
KYB.MD offers an installment payment option for products above the minimum amount shown in the "Interest-free installments" popup. The installment plans, number of months, and applicable interest (if any) are clearly shown before you submit the request.
We deliver throughout the Republic of Moldova. Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and may vary depending on the delivery area and stock availability. Full details can be found onDelivery page.
You have the right to return unused products, in their original condition, within 14 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with consumer protection legislation. Full details on the return and warranty procedure can be found onWarranty page.
KYB.MD is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our direct control (e.g. force majeure, delays by third-party couriers). Product information is presented with maximum accuracy; any minor display errors (price, image) will be corrected promptly, and we will inform you before your order is confirmed.
