Autoclave Fansel 2

Today, preparing a delicious, aromatic stew is not difficult if you have an autoclave. Unlike the manual method of preservation, the autoclave takes on most of the cooking tasks. With it, you do not need to manually sterilize jars or monitor the temperature and cooking time.

If you haven’t bought yourself such an assistant yet, pay attention to Fansel 2 - the second version of the popular home sterilizer. Fansel 2 is an inexpensive and effective solution for preparing large volumes of canned food in a short time.

With it you can cook:

  • pickled cucumbers/tomatoes;
  • lecho;
  • stewed fish or meat;
  • sauce;
  • jam;
  • condensed milk;
  • porridge;
  • compote, etc.

During seasonal harvesting (and at other times too) this is simply an indispensable tool in the kitchen of any housewife.

The main advantages of the autoclave design

1. Reliable cover fastening

The cover is attached to 8 eye bolts - the most durable and time-tested method of fastening. There is no risk of depressurization or pressure leakage.

2. Lids won't come off

The autoclave design has a check valve that equalizes the pressure inside the jars and inside the autoclave, reducing the risk of the lids falling off to 0.

3. No seaming machine needed

The autoclave allows you to use screw twist-off lids for sealing jars. They are much more convenient and reliable than tin ones. The seamer is a thing of the past!

Attention!Tin lids can only be used in conjunction with special fixing clips. Without them, there is a high risk that the lids will come off the jars.

4. Convenient to carry

The autoclave handles are covered with bakelite, a durable heat-resistant coating. There is no need to use rags and potholders - there is no risk of getting burned.

5. Can be heated on all types of stoves

The bottom has a ferromagnetic layer, thanks to which it can be heated on any type of stove, including induction.

Fansel 2 can operate in 2 modes: liquid and steam. Liquid is good and familiar, but we recommend taking a closer look at steam. And here's why:

  1. In steam mode the autoclave is lighter— you don’t need to fill the autoclave to the brim (2.5 liters of water is enough), unlike a liquid one.
  2. In steam modecooking time 3.5 times lessthan in liquid.
  3. Steam modeRequires approximately 5 times less electricity or gasdue to less cooking time.

Today Fansel 2 is the cheapest autoclave with steam mode on board.
