Copper Distiller DES CLASSIC 100 L/200 L condenser

The Des CLASSIC copper distiller with a volume of 100 liters, equipped with a stirrer, is designed for the preparation of noble spirits both outdoors and in enclosed spaces. The heating of the distillation pot can be achieved using solid fuel (wood, briquettes) or a gas burner. This model is made from the highest quality M0k electrolytic copper, which, combined with the high purity of the metal, ensures maximum purification of the product and gives it a unique, special, and smooth taste. The distillation pot is heated by an open flame, although the KPT-3 gas burner is recommended as an additional option. An air jacket surrounds the pot, distributing heat as evenly as possible and reducing the risk of the mash burning. This creates an equivalent of a steam-water boiler without its main drawback - high thermal inertia during heating. The pot lid, secured via a silicone gasket using a quick-release clamp, is equipped with a safety valve. The copper distiller's design includes the Mixer system, which features a manual stirrer to ease operation and prevent burning of the dense mash during distillation. The apparatus has a 2.5" diameter drain outlet with a ball valve for spent mash, allowing it to be installed permanently and connected to a drainage outlet. The vapor pipe and heat exchanger are attached to the pot using clamp connections with silicone gaskets to ensure a hermetic seal. The use of Tri-clamp connections at various nodes of the distiller simplifies assembly and maintenance, allowing a single person to manage the entire process. The flow-through shell-and-tube heat exchanger condenser, with a capacity of 30 liters, is made from a special grade 4301 stainless steel designed for use in heat exchangers. Inside the condenser, 4 copper tubes with a diameter of 15 mm and a length of 1 meter ensure high heat exchanger performance.
