As an option, we recommend using the KPT-4 gas burner. This model is designed for the preparation of noble spirits in both open and enclosed spaces. The outstanding quality of the M0k electrolytic copper used to manufacture the apparatus ensures maximum product purification and imparts a unique, distinctive, and smooth taste. The distillation cube is heated by direct flame. The firebox features an air jacket around the cube that excellently distributes heat and reduces the risk of the mash burning. This gives you the equivalent of a steam-water boiler, but without its drawbacks, namely high heating inertia. The cube lid is secured via a silicone gasket using a quick-release clamp. A safety relief valve is located at the top of the lid. The Mixer system (manual stirrer), integrated into the copper distiller's design, makes operation easier by allowing the distillation of thick mash while preventing it from burning during the distillation process. It is also possible to install a gear motor to automate the Mixer system. The 4" drain outlet for spent mash with a ball-lock mechanism allows the distiller to be installed permanently in a room and connected to the sewage system. The vapor pipe is attached to the cube and heat exchanger via a clamp connection with a silicone gasket, ensuring a hermetic seal. The use of Tri-clamp connections at the junction points of the vapor pipe with the main components of the distiller simplifies the assembly of the apparatus. Now just one person is sufficient to install and maintain the distillation unit throughout the entire distillation run. The continuous-flow shell-and-tube condenser, with a volume of 30 liters, is made from a special grade of stainless steel 4301, specifically developed for use in heat exchangers. Inside the condenser, 18 copper tubes with a diameter of 10 mm and a length of 1 meter are installed.
