Copper Still DES CLASSIC 200L/400L with cooler, drain valve and access hatch

Des CLASSIC copper still with a capacity of 200 liters, equipped with a stirrer. Includes a firebox for heating with gas or solid fuel (wood and coal). As an optional accessory, we recommend using the KPT-4 gas burner. This model is designed for producing premium spirits both indoors and outdoors. The exceptional quality of M0k electrolytic copper used in the construction of this still ensures maximum product purification and imparts a unique, distinctive, and smooth taste. The distillation cube is heated by open flame. The firebox features an air jacket around the cube that evenly distributes heat and reduces the risk of the wash burning. This provides the equivalent of a steam boiler, but without its main drawback – high heating inertia. The cube lid is secured with a silicone gasket using a quick-release clamp. A safety relief valve is located at the top of the lid. The Mixer system (manual stirrer), integrated into the copper still's design, simplifies operation by allowing the distillation of thick wash while preventing it from scorching during distillation. A gear motor can also be installed to automate the Mixer system. The 4" drain outlet for spent wash, fitted with a ball valve mechanism, allows the still to be permanently installed indoors and connected to the drainage system. The vapor pipe is attached to the cube and heat exchanger via clamp connections with silicone gaskets, ensuring an airtight seal. The use of Tri-clamp connections at the vapor pipe junction points with the main components of the still simplifies assembly. A single person is now sufficient to set up and operate the still throughout the entire distillation run. The shell-and-tube flow cooler, with a volume of 30 liters, is made from a special grade of stainless steel 4301, specifically developed for use in heat exchangers. Inside the cooler, 18 copper tubes with a diameter of 10 mm and a length of 1 meter are installed.
