Copper Distiller DES CLASSIC 60L (with mixer)

The Des CLASSIC copper distiller is a 60-liter distillation apparatus designed for the preparation of noble spirits both outdoors and indoors. It is heated using solid fuel such as wood or briquettes, as well as a gas burner. The uniqueness of this model lies in the use of high-quality M0k electrolytic copper from which the apparatus is made. This ensures high metal purity and maximum product refinement, while also imparting a unique, special, and smooth taste. During the heating process, an air jacket surrounding the distillation pot distributes heat evenly and prevents the mash from burning. As a result, this distiller provides high distillation efficiency, similar to a steam boiler, but simpler, more accessible, and without its main drawback – high thermal inertia. The pot lid is secured with a silicone gasket using a wing screw and features a safety relief valve to ensure process safety. The Mixer system (manual stirrer), integrated into the copper distiller's design, allows easy distillation of thick mash and prevents it from burning during distillation. The distiller's firebox is divided into two hinged parts, allowing convenient tilting of the distillation pot for draining the stillage. The vapor pipe is attached to the pot and heat exchanger via a clamp connection, ensuring a tight seal. The use of Tri-clamp connections at the main junction points of the vapor pipe with other distiller components simplifies assembly and maintenance. The 30-liter cooler is made from a special grade 4301 stainless steel designed for use in heat exchangers. It features 4 copper tubes with a diameter of 15 mm and a length of 1 meter for efficient cooling. As an option, the use of the "Parrot" hydrometer holder is recommended, which helps monitor the alcohol content of the product. This distiller meets the applicable standards.
