Copper Still DES DIAMOND 350 L

Des Premium copper distillation apparatus with a capacity of 350 liters, equipped with an Italian electric stirrer. The distillation cube is heated using solid fuel (wood, briquettes) or a gas burner. This model is designed for producing exceptional spirits both outdoors and in enclosed or open spaces. The use of high-quality M0k electrolytic copper, combined with the high purity of the metal, ensures a maximally refined product with a unique, distinctive, and smooth taste. The Professional Diamond and Premium series models feature thicker copper walls for even heating and long-term use. The distillation cube is heated by direct flame, with the optional use of the KPT-4 gas burner recommended. An air jacket surrounds the cube, distributing heat evenly during heating and reducing the risk of scorching. This provides the equivalent of a steam boiler, but simpler, more affordable, and most importantly, without its main drawback – high heating inertia. The cube lid is secured with a silicone gasket and a quick-release clamp. A safety relief valve is located at the top of the lid. The AutoMixer system, equipped with a timer, simplifies operation by allowing easy stirring of the fermented mash and preventing it from burning during distillation. A 4" diameter drain outlet with a ball valve allows the unit to be installed in a fixed position and connected to a drainage outlet for stillage removal. The vapor pipe is attached to the cube and heat exchanger using a clamp fitting, ensuring a sealed connection. The use of Tri-clamp fittings at the junction points of the vapor pipe with the main components of the still simplifies assembly. A single person is now sufficient to set up and maintain the distillation apparatus throughout the entire bottling process. The flow-through shell-and-tube condenser with a volume of 30 liters is made from a special grade of 4301 stainless steel, developed specifically for the food industry.
