Moonshine still "Lux"

One of the top ones in our line, it is designed not only for classical distillation at a speed of up to 9 liters per hour, but also for rectification - producing pure ethyl alcohol with a strength of 96.6%. Liquid selection unit with a powerful 9-tube aftercooler

A needle valve located inside the selection unit helps produce drip selection of “heads” (light fractions). This device significantly improves the quality of the final drink and allows you to obtain a soft product.

Maximum performance

The most important advantage of the “Lux” model is its design! The refrigerator and dephlegmator are equipped with 9 tubes of 10 mm in diameter; this design allows you to cope with heating power of up to 6 kW and deliver up to 10 liters per hour in Potstill mode

Multifunctional still

The famous Luxstahl boiler has been completely modified and improved to meet the needs of distillers in our production, a tap has been installed to drain the stillage, a 2-inch outlet for the heating element with a plug and a clamp has been welded, a stiffening rib has also been pressed out to give the cube additional strength and the possibility of installing a false bottom for the preparation of grain and fruit distillates and the possibility of maceration during the third distillation!

Cone cap

Instead of a standard lid, we made a conical one, which provides additional area for settling heavy vapors with a large number of impurities, and also prevents foam from entering the column, so you get a crystal clear homemade drink. The lid is equipped with a valve for releasing excess pressure that occurs in case of improper operation of the moonshine still, and an electronic temperature sensor for monitoring the temperature of the mash. A clamp connection with a diameter of 2 inches is designed to expand the basic configuration of the device. The lid is securely attached to the distillation cube using a sealed clamp clamp, which does not allow excess odors to escape.

High degree of purification

In the drawer of the Lux apparatus, four copper regular Panchenkov wire nozzles (RPN) are installed, which facilitate additional purification of the distillate. Copper is valued higher than its stainless wire counterpart. It neutralizes sulfur compounds released from the mash when heated and causing an unpleasant odor in the distillate; this works especially well when making grain and fruit distillates.

Potstill - super-fast distillation of mash into raw alcohol; for this you need to install only two outlets on the cube and a refrigerator; if the heating power allows, you can combine the refrigerator with a reflux condenser

The classic distillation mode is installed sequentially on the drawer, reflux condenser, taps and refrigerator and operates as on a regular column

Strengthening mode with a selection unit - as standard, the device makes it possible to obtain alcohol of 95 degrees; if you additionally purchase a drawer, you will receive a full-fledged distillation column with which you can obtain alcohol of 96.6

Fermentation mode - with the help of a deluxe distillation cube, you can place the mash directly in the container; for this you need to install a water seal on the clamp in the conical lid.

First maceration mode - prepare aromatic distillates immediately without insisting for weeks after distillation; for this you need to fill the distillate to the false bottom, and put aromatic ingredients on it such as citrus zest, apples, berries, coffee, cinnamon and so on.
