Hanhi Smoking Cabinet

The Hanhi Smoking Cabinet is designed for cold smoking of any products: fish, meat, vegetables, mushrooms, cheese and more. The cabinet is made of food-grade stainless steel and is completely safe for preparing smoked products. The transparent door allows you to monitor the cooking process and check readiness. An airtight seal is ensured by a perimeter gasket. Temperature is controlled using a bimetallic thermometer. Equipped with racks on which products can be placed horizontally or hung vertically. Compatible with the Hanhi 2 smoke generator, required to supply smoke into the cabinet.
