GUSTO Borodinskaya

The «Borodinskaya» tincture owes its name to its incredible aroma, reminiscent of the beloved Borodino bread from childhood. The tincture has a dark color achieved through caraway seeds. The «Borodinskaya» spiced herb blend is a drink with a sweetish aroma and woody-spicy notes. Coriander and caraway give the drink a slightly astringent taste with a pleasant spicy aftertaste. Preparation: Pour the spice blend over vodka or moonshine with an alcohol content of 40%. Leave the resulting drink in a dark place for 14 days. Shake the infusion from time to time. Depending on the amount of liquid, the flavor will range from rich (1 liter) to light (3 liters). Filter the drink using your preferred method. Add 15–20 g of sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Let the drink "rest" for 2–3 days. Ingredients: coriander, black peppercorns, allspice berries, raisins, caraway seeds.
