The pelletizing machine MKL-229 PTO must be installed on a flat, stable and smooth surface, in an open or well-ventilated place, dry and without being affected by weather phenomena such as storms, rain, etc.

This product comes equipped with: feed tank, pellet machine mechanism body, gimbal, pressure roller, mold, reducer body and pellet discharge chute.

Pay close attention to the tightening elements (screws, washers, nuts) of the machine and periodically check that they are not loose, and regarding the motor, be very careful about its positioning, in case it is not perfectly positioned, in during use, the pellet machine will cause strong vibrations that can lead to damage to both the machine and the user.

The MKL-229 PTO pellet machine has a working power of 150 kg/h . For this machine you would need a tractor of at least 15 HP .

This machine comes equipped with 1 mold with 6 mm holes.

For an efficient operation and without losses, it is recommended that the sawdust be previously ground, mixed homogeneously according to the desired recipe, with an optimal moisture of the raw material and without foreign bodies.
