Professional hydrometer set

Professional set of Chinese hydrometers for determining alcohol concentration in water-alcohol solutions. Chinese-made hydrometers are a complete equivalent of the ASP-3. They provide the most accurate density readings. The device will not be accurate if used to measure beverages containing solutions with different densities. For example, if measuring a drink that contains sugar syrup, the reading will be lower than the actual value. To perform measurements, the hydrometer is immersed in the solution so that it floats freely and is submerged to a specific mark. When diluting the solution with water, due to the resulting chemical reaction, the temperature of the solution will increase. Keep in mind that accuracy largely depends on the temperature of the beverage and the impurities in its composition. Kit includes: Alcohol volume fraction measurement range: (0–40) %.
