With it you will: save a lot of time — the automation can turn off the heating and collect the "heart" on its own, so there is no need to stand by the device and constantly monitor the distillation; obtain a product of the highest quality — the automation works precisely by temperature and does not let the "tails" pass into the collection. How the automation works Simply put, the automation is a mechanism that allows distillation at a preset temperature. It is used during the first and second distillation runs. During the first distillation, it turns off the heating when the temperature in the tank reaches 95-99°C. All that is required of you at this stage is to pour the wash into the tank and connect the device to the power supply. During the second distillation, it effectively collects the "heart" and does not let the "tails" through. You do not need to stand for several hours next to the device while distillation is ongoing and constantly monitor the temperature. If it starts to rise (a signal that the "tails" have begun), the automation valve will cut off collection on its own until the column stabilizes and the "heart" starts flowing again. This continues until there is useful alcohol left in the tank, after which the automation cuts off collection completely. This is the sign that distillation is complete.
