Automation for Distillation, Rectification and Mashing with barometer Pervak 4.2 Wi-Fi

Pervak 4.0 automation with web interface is a next-generation controller. With the rectification automation, you can fully automate the processes of distilling wash into raw alcohol, rectification, brewing and mashing. The rectification automation allows you to manage all processes remotely, from a smartphone or computer, using the app or web interface. Main operating modes of the home distilling automation: - Distillation (processing wash into raw alcohol in pot-still mode) - Rectification with liquid extraction - Mashing or brewing (up to 10 temperature pauses and cooling with a chiller) - In manual mode, the rectification automation can be used for: adjusting heating element power, precise temperature maintenance in PID mode, emergency system shutdown in case of water leakage, cube overheating and TSA temperature increase, precise control of extraction speed and management of extraction, heads and cooling water supply valves, temperature monitoring in the cube, column, extraction node and TSA. The automation for distillation, rectification and mashing allows complete automation of the wash distillation process into raw alcohol, the rectification process, beer brewing and grain mashing for whisky and bourbon. The Wi-Fi module provides you with full control and management of all distillery automation processes. All you need is to connect the controller to a stable internet connection and have network access on your smartphone. Information synchronization time is 15 seconds. By using the Pervak app browser, you can receive push notifications about processes and automation errors. The automation is designed to manage heating elements or electric stoves with power up to 3.5 kW, which is sufficient for most home-based processes. For ease of use, the controller comes with a DIN rail for wall mounting.
