The PVK steam-water boiler is a unique device with a special construction consisting of two containers placed one inside the other. It is used in home distilling and brewing, for the assembly of a universal distiller, a rectification column or a home microbrewery. PVK is commonly used for the saccharification and distillation of thick worts, and is also ideal for home brewing and brewing. The bottom of the outer container is filled with thermal agent (usually water), which is brought to a boil with the help of electrical elements (TENs). The resulting steam fills all the available space between the walls of the two containers, uniformly heating the inner surface over its entire area. The steam-water boiler is the best solution for both a distiller and a home microbrewery. When rapid cooling of the boiler contents is required, the hot water in the jacket is evacuated and replaced by cold water, ensuring efficient cooling of the product. A notable advantage of this PVK is the presence of two holes for heating elements, giving the possibility to use the boiler both as a PVK with water jacket heating and as a regular distillation vessel.
