The brewery is equipped with manual and automatic control functions. The controller allows you to adjust the heating level of the wort, monitor temperature rest times, and set a timer. The control unit can store your individual settings – simply adjust them on first use and save them to the brewery's memory. Comfort and safety: The vessel is mounted on a steel pin and can be easily removed using a detachable bracket. The tank is equipped with two perforated discs that prevent spent grain from entering the final product. The perforation diameter is 1 mm. The discs are connected to each other via a telescopic tube with a convenient heat-resistant plastic handle. The bazooka-type filter, located inside the brewery, prevents sediment from accidentally entering the final product. A removable tube connects the pump and the brew kettle, preventing grain particles from being drawn in. The flag-type tap, designed for bottling the finished wort, is secured with a compression nut on the inside of the tank. Automatic heating: The tank is equipped with an electric heater that evenly heats the wort, preventing it from scorching on the bottom of the vessel. The pump ensures continuous circulation of the liquid, allowing mashing of the malt and stirring of the contents when needed. The operation of the pump and heating element is controlled by the control unit according to the set parameters. Attention to detail: The immersion chiller is attached to the tank and connected to the water supply via a silicone hose. The circulating water cools the wort, preparing it for the next stage – yeast pitching. No additional fixings are required to install the chiller. Full process control: The mash tun (hopper) holds up to 10 kg of malt, which is sufficient to produce 20-30 liters of top-quality wort. The tank is securely fixed in two positions: submerged in the wort during mashing, and above the pot for draining the wort from the spent grain.
