The conical fermenter with a total capacity of 62 L allows fermentation of up to 55 L of wort. The affordable stainless steel fermenter – the main advantage over plastic fermenters is durability and practicality. The fermenter is made from food-grade AISI 304 stainless steel. The lid's airtight seal is provided by a silicone gasket. Volume markings are stamped on the inside of the vessel. Since the vessel is made of stainless steel, fermenters can be safely stacked on top of each other. The welds are well-polished, and thanks to the high welding quality, there are no hidden cavities in the conical base. The conical base is fitted with a drain valve.
