The refrigerator does not require connection to a water supply; all you need to do is pour water or pour snow into the cooling container, and the distillation tank has a heat-resistant bottom, so you can safely put it on an open fire.

The heating element is attached to the tank using a threaded ring; it can be removed after distillation and washed separately. The heating element is equipped with a smooth power regulator, with which you control the heating power and the temperature of the mash. Some manufacturers install thermometers closer to the base of the still, which is fundamentally contrary to moonshine brewing techniques and is only suitable for using the tank as a wort boiler in beer production. • The tap for draining stillage is installed on all stills with a volume of 20 liters or more. With it, you don’t have to carry a heavy pan with used mash; just turn the handle and drain the hot liquid.
• The clamp clamp securely fixes the lid on the distillation cube; the clamp strength can be adjusted using a regular screwdriver. A gasket made of food-grade silicone is responsible for the tightness.

The walls of the Dobry Zhar still are 1 mm thick, the bottom is 1.5 mm. This thickness of steel ensures uniform heating of the liquid - the mash will not burn, and the taste of the drink will not have any extraneous bitterness. The tank can also be used as a fermentation container by installing a water seal in the lid.
