Sausage Spice Blend per GOST No.4

A time-tested classic. This spice blend is part of the 7 standard combinations approved in the 1970s in the USSR, each of which remains relevant to this day. Nutmeg and allspice perfectly complement the flavor of any meat product, while black pepper adds a touch of heat. The blend is used in the preparation of ham, pâtés, salami, liver sausages, dry-cured and cold-smoked sausages, as well as chopped sausages. The GOST No.4 blend has the widest range of applications among all the others. Ingredients: dextrose, black pepper, allspice, nutmeg.
