Spice blend for sausage products according to GOST No.5

A time-tested classic. This spice set is part of the 7 standard combinations approved back in the 1970s in the USSR. Each standard remains relevant to this day. The spicy aroma of coriander and black pepper will fill any meat product with an unforgettable taste and fragrance. The blend is used in the preparation of frankfurters, boiled and semi-smoked sausages, and spiced sausages. Composition: dextrose, coriander, black pepper.
