Spice blend for sausage products according to GOST No.6

A time-tested classic. This spice set is part of the 7 standard combinations approved back in the 1970s in the USSR. Each standard remains relevant to this day. The subtle aroma and spiciness of the peppers will give a pleasant flavor to any meat dish. The blend is used for the preparation of semi-smoked sausages. Ingredients: dextrose, black pepper, allspice.
