Sausage Seasoning Blend per GOST No.7

A time-tested classic. This spice blend is part of the 7 standardized sets approved back in the 1970s in the USSR, with each standard remaining relevant to this day. The bold and aromatic flavor of the ingredients will leave a lasting impression. The blend is used for preparing semi-smoked sausages, but can also be used for any other meat dishes. Ingredients: black pepper, dextrose, coriander.
