2"-1.5" Copper Distillation Helmet

Effectively precipitates sulfur compounds and performs air refluxing of vapors. The helmet shape efficiently suppresses foam generated during heating. The alembic helmet is indispensable in the production of whiskey, rum, cognac, and fruit distillates. The bottom connection is based on a 2″ clamp, and the top on a 1.5" clamp. Thanks to its special shape, it can be used as a concentric reducer from 2" to 1.5" diameter. The helmet is crafted with exceptional attention to quality. Welding and soldering are done by hand, not by machine. The weld seams are not as perfect as on industrial products, but the handmade craftsmanship gives each helmet its own individuality and a traditional appearance.
