How to use: For tonic water: 10–12 g of bark per 1 L of water, boil for 15–20 minutes, then steep for 1 hour. For tinctures: add 3–5 g of bark to 0.5 L of 40–45% alcohol, steep for 10–14 days in a dark place, then strain.
