«BLACK RUSSIAN» – an essence for preparing the famous cocktail based on coffee liqueur and vodka. «Black Russian» is part of the list of classic cocktails known in bars all over the world. It is traditionally served as a digestif over ice. This drink became the «ancestor» of all coffee liqueurs and is also the base for another equally popular cocktail. Add cream to the tart black liqueur and you will get a smoother drink – the «White Russian». Preparation method: dissolve the contents of the bottle in 750 millilitres of vodka or homemade distillate. Seal the bottle tightly and leave it for 24 hours in a cool place to allow the organoleptic profile to fully develop. Composition: natural vodka and coffee flavourings, natural colourant «Caramel». The natural colourant «Caramel» is simply burnt sugar, which acts as an emulsifier. Caramel prevents the drink from turning cloudy and the flavour from oxidising, while also giving it a delicate golden colour.
