Essence Prestige Black Sambuca (Black Sambuca) 20 ml

«BLACK SAMBUCA» is a spiced liqueur of deep blue-black colour with an enchanting liquorice aroma. Unlike its white counterpart, it has a richer and more complex flavour. Although sambuca belongs to the liqueur category, its alcohol content reaches 40%, placing it close to the class of strong spirits. Traditionally, sambuca is served with three coffee beans submerged in the glass. In bars, the liqueur is set alight and allowed to burn for 10 seconds, then extinguished with a sharp breath and consumed immediately. Preparation method: - Dissolve the contents of the bottle in 750 millilitres of vodka or homemade distillate, then add one teaspoon of sugar. - Seal the bottle tightly and leave it for 24 hours in a cool place to allow the full development of its organoleptic properties. Composition: - Natural star anise oil - Natural colourant «Caramel». Natural colourant «Caramel» is simply burnt sugar that acts as an emulsifier. Caramel prevents the drink from becoming cloudy and the flavour from oxidising, while also lending a delicate golden hue.
