The Babylon Crystal 3-inch plate column with a distillation cube is a full-fledged column-type moonshine still, which is used for distilling mash and obtaining a pure aromatic distillate. That is why the plate column ensures stable operation of the apparatus and allows you to obtain a purer distillate compared to conventional distillation systems.

Copper caps perform an important technological function. Copper actively binds sulfur compounds that can form during fermentation, so the drink retains its natural aroma and mild taste. The central drain hole in the caps maintains a stable liquid level on the trays and allows the column to operate without complex control systems.

The 3" column diameter provides high throughput and allows operation at up to 5 kW, which significantly increases distillation productivity.
