The Vavilon Crystal 3-inch plate column with a distillation cube is a full-fledged column still, which is used for distilling mash and obtaining a pure aromatic distillate. The design is built on the disc principle and is equipped with ProCap copper caps, which ensure efficient mass transfer between steam and liquid. During the distillation process, alcohol vapor passes through a layer of liquid on each plate, is repeatedly contacted with reflux and purified. Therefore, the plate column ensures the stable operation of the apparatus and allows you to obtain a purer distillate compared to conventional distillation systems.

Copper caps perform an important technological function. Copper actively binds sulfur compounds that can form during fermentation, so the drink retains its natural aroma and mild taste. The central drain hole in the lids maintains a stable liquid level on the trays and allows the column to operate without complex control systems.

The 3" column diameter provides high efficiency and allows operation at up to 5 kW, which significantly increases distillation productivity. The kit includes a distillation cube, so the system is immediately ready for use.
