Heating element with regulator 2 kW

A removable 2 kW tubular heating element allows you to quickly heat up mash or raw alcohol in a medium-volume distillation cube. It simplifies distillation, eliminating the need for gas and electric stoves. It is enough to have a regular outlet at your disposal.

Installation

The heating element is installed in the lower part of the distillation cube using a clamp connection with a diameter of 2 inches. This connection for quick installation and installation of the heater ensures convenient maintenance of the distillation cube - you can easily clean both the inner surface of the tank and the heating element itself.

The heating element is made of high-quality food grade stainless steel AISI 304. The water heater will not rust and will not change the taste of the alcoholic drink. In addition to the device, you can buy a power regulator and control the degree of heating of the mash.

In the process of moonshine brewing, the degree of heating of the mash plays a decisive role. By adjusting the temperature in the cube, you can control the distillation speed, prevent boiling of the mash and choking of the column.

By connecting the heating element to the electrical network through the regulator, you stabilize the operation of the moonshine still with unstable electrical voltage. Thanks to the presence of a control knob on the body, you can accurately set the required parameters.
