«DANSK BITTER» is a bitter alcoholic beverage made from extracts of wild herbs and spices. The main ingredient of the Bitter is wormwood, which gives it its characteristic bitterness. Notes of nutmeg, cloves, black pepper, and red currant are also clearly distinguishable in the taste. The latter is more of a suggested sensation arising from the contrast of the spices in the composition. Bitter is rarely used as a standalone drink due to its astringency and aggressive bitterness. Usually, a few drops are added to cocktails to give them a piquant note and a well-rounded flavor. Preparation method: Dissolve the contents of the bottle and two teaspoons of sugar in 750 milliliters of vodka or homemade distillate.
