«PLUM BRANDY» – an extract of ripe plums for crafting an authentic plum brandy. This is a strong alcoholic beverage originating from south-eastern Europe, produced by distilling fermented plums. After distillation, the distillate is aged in barrels for at least three years, developing woody notes with a floral and honeyed character. Prestige Essence reduces the preparation time from three years to just 24 hours, without compromising the quality, taste or aroma of the drink. Preparation method: Dissolve the contents of the bottle and one teaspoon of sugar in 750 millilitres of vodka or homemade distillate. Seal the bottle tightly and leave it for 24 hours in a cool place to allow the organoleptic profile to fully develop. Composition: Natural plum flavouring, «Carrot» colouring.
