GUSTO Apricotine

Apricotine is a liqueur that blends the best qualities of a cordial with those of a tincture. From the former it borrows a rich, syrupy texture and full-bodied flavor, from the latter – a notably solid strength. It is a drink with a delicately sweet taste, an enchanting aroma, and a pleasing yellowish color. Pear adds a soft, honey-like finish that harmonizes beautifully with the velvety sweetness of apricot. Preparation: Pour the spice and aroma blend into vodka or moonshine at 40% ABV. Leave the mixture in a dark place for 14 days, shaking occasionally. Depending on the volume of liquid, the flavor will range from rich (1 liter) to light (3 liters). Filter using your preferred method. Add 15–20 g of sugar and stir until fully dissolved. Allow the drink to "rest" for 2–3 days. Ingredients: Dried apricots, Sliced pear, Lemon zest
