The characteristic astringency lends a pleasant piquancy and originality to the fiery taste of this tincture. The flavor combines notes of meadow, forest, and spices. The tincture pairs perfectly with hearty Russian and Belarusian dishes: minced meat preparations, casseroles, filling salads, pastries with mushroom and meat fillings, hot appetizers, and pickles. Preparation: Pour the spice and aroma blend over vodka or homemade spirit at 40% ABV. Leave the resulting drink in a dark place for 14 days, shaking occasionally. Depending on the amount of liquid, the flavor will range from rich (1 liter) to mild (3 liters). Filter using any method of your choice. Add 15–20 g of sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Allow the drink to "rest" for 2–3 days. Ingredients: licorice root, St. John's wort, eleutherococcus root, cedar nut shell, lemon peel, rosehips.
