GUSTO Bitter

The bitter's aroma is vibrant and fruity, with predominant sweet and bitter orange notes balanced by hints of spices. The taste is soft and smooth, with a pleasant balance of bitter and sweet orange notes and aromatic herbs. The bitter is an excellent ingredient for cocktails. Preparation: Pour the spice and aromatic blend over vodka or moonshine with a 40% alcohol content. Leave the resulting drink in a dark place for 14 days. Shake the infusion occasionally. Depending on the amount of liquid, the flavor will range from rich (1 liter) to light (3 liters). Filter using your preferred method. Add 15–20 g of sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Let the drink "rest" for 2–3 days. Ingredients: Galangal, Cardamom, Coriander, Wormwood, Chamomile flowers, Mint, Orange peel, Lemon peel, Bitter orange peel, Dried honey.
