Pear and Apple Brandy Infusion - Pear and apple are two fruits you can find in almost every garden. They are wonderful on their own, but together they are simply extraordinary. Sweet, delicate and wonderfully fragrant, pear and apple give the infusion the very best of themselves, creating an incredible flavor profile. Preparation: Pour the spice and aroma blend over vodka or moonshine with 40% alcohol content. Leave the resulting drink in a dark place for 14 days. Shake occasionally. Depending on the amount of liquid, the taste will vary from rich (1 liter) to light (3 liters). Filter using any method you prefer. Add 15–20 g of sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
