GUSTO CEDAR TINCTURE WITH IVAN TEA

Brown-amber colored tincture. The rich aroma of the tincture, with its vibrant notes of cedar and pine resin, creates the feeling of being in a coniferous forest. The strong, slightly bitter and woody taste leaves astringent tones in the aftertaste. The tincture is excellent as an aperitif or between courses. Preparation: Pour vodka or moonshine with 40% alcohol content over the spice and herb mixture. Leave the resulting drink in a dark place for 14 days. Shake occasionally. Depending on the amount of liquid, the taste will range from rich (1 liter) to light (3 liters). Filter in any way you prefer. Add 15–20 g of sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Let the drink "rest" for 2–3 days. Composition: cedar nut shell, ivan tea, peppermint, St. John's wort. Shelf life: 12 months in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight, at a temperature no higher than 25°C and relative humidity no more than 75%. Restrictions: individual intolerance to the components of the mixture.
