GUSTO Cedrovka with Chaga

A bitter tincture whose characteristic taste and aroma are filled with notes of Siberian taiga gifts: cedar nuts, herbs and roots. During the aging process, they form a harmonious composition of a unique tincture, which is best enjoyed slowly and thoughtfully. The tincture is recommended to be served both chilled and at room temperature, as a standalone drink, or paired with steaks and grilled fish dishes. Preparation: Pour the spice and aromatic blend with vodka or moonshine at 40% ABV. Leave the resulting drink in a dark place for 14 days. Shake the infusion from time to time. Depending on the amount of liquid, the taste of the tincture will vary from rich (1 litre) to light (3 litres). Filter using any method you prefer. Add 15–20 g of sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Allow the drink to "rest" for 2–3 days. Ingredients: cedar nut shell, chaga (powder), St. John's wort.
