GUSTO Plum Cognac

Plum cognac is an alcoholic beverage with a sweet fruity aroma and a spicy hint of cinnamon. Lemon peel balances the sweetness of the dried fruits, creating a perfectly harmonious taste. Composition: Freeze-dried plums, Whole dried cherries, Lemon peel, Cinnamon sticks. Preparation: Pour the spice and aroma blend over vodka or moonshine at 40% ABV. Leave the resulting drink in a dark place for 14 days. Shake the infusion from time to time. Depending on the amount of liquid, the taste will range from rich (1 litre) to light (3 litres). Filter using any method you prefer. Add 15–20 g of sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Let the drink "rest" for 2–3 days.
