Mulberry fruits have a sweet and delicate flavor that may seem slightly bland due to the almost complete absence of acidity. Complemented by the recognizable taste of licorice, they contrast pleasantly with the citrus freshness of lemon and orange zest. Juniper and its vibrant herbal aroma frame the picture, completing the formation of a complex and multifaceted tincture flavor. Preparation: Pour the spice and herb blend over vodka or moonshine with a strength of 40%. Leave the resulting drink in a dark place for 14 days. Shake occasionally. Depending on the amount of liquid, the flavor of the tincture will range from rich (1 liter) to light (3 liters). Filter using any method you prefer. Add 15–20 g of sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Let the drink "rest" for 2–3 days.
