GUSTO Gordon's Elixir (Gin)

A London gin with a vibrant juniper aroma, awarded numerous prizes. Its classic style makes it the ideal gin for a perfect G&T cocktail. Best enjoyed mixed with tonic and ice, garnished with lime, and shared with friends. Preparation: Pour the contents of the packet into vodka or moonshine at 70% ABV. Stir and leave the resulting drink in a dark place for 10 days. Shake the infusion occasionally. Filter and dilute to 25%. Depending on the amount of liquid, the flavor will range from rich (1 liter) to light (3 liters). Filter using your preferred method. Add 15–20 g of sugar and stir until fully dissolved. Let the drink "rest" for 2–3 days. Ingredients: juniper berries, orange peel, lemon peel, coriander, cinnamon, orris root, nutmeg, dried ginger, licorice root, angelica root.
