Angelica has a sweet, spicy, and slightly bitter taste. Despite its strong aroma, it does not overpower the other ingredients. Dried apple and orange peel provide a pleasant fruity aftertaste, while mint, hyssop, and wormwood give the drink an expressive herbal aroma and a noble bronze color. Preparation: Pour the spice and aromatic herb blend into vodka or moonshine with a 40% alcohol content. Leave the resulting drink in a dark place for 14 days. Shake the infusion from time to time. Depending on the amount of liquid, the flavor of the tincture will range from rich (1 liter) to light (3 liters). Filter the drink using your preferred method. Add 15–20 g of sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Let the drink "rest" for 2–3 days. Composition: dextrose, dried apple (crushed), orange peel, angelica root, peppermint, bitter wormwood, hyssop, cinnamon, licorice root, cardamom, cloves.
