Lemon balm is a plant with a beautiful name and an equally pleasant honey-lemon aroma. The vitamins found in lemon balm have a positive effect on the body, especially when the tincture of this plant is consumed regularly for therapeutic purposes. The drink has a calming and relaxing effect, boosts immunity, and stimulates metabolism. The liqueur effectively combats insomnia, colds, tinnitus, and joint pain. Another remarkable quality of this plant is its pleasant, refreshing taste. Preparation: Pour the spice and herb mixture over vodka or homemade spirits with a strength of 40%. Leave the resulting drink in a dark place for 14 days. Shake the tincture from time to time. Depending on the amount of liquid used, the taste of the tincture will vary from rich (1 liter) to mild (3 liters). Filter the drink using your preferred method. Add 15–20 g of sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Let the drink "rest" for 2–3 days. Ingredients: peppermint, lemon balm, star anise.
