The soft yet remarkably expressive aroma of this tincture is dominated by notes of fresh raspberry, delicately complemented by hints of cinnamon and barely perceptible accents of vanilla. The tincture delivers a deep, balanced taste with subtly sweet berry nuances and a light, enveloping finish. It is recommended to be served neat as an aperitif or digestif. Preparation: Pour the spice and aromatic blend over vodka or moonshine at 40% ABV. Leave the resulting drink in a dark place for 14 days. Shake occasionally. Depending on the amount of liquid used, the flavor will range from rich (1 liter) to light (3 liters). Filter using your preferred method. Add 15–20 g of sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Allow the drink to "rest" for 2–3 days. Ingredients: freeze-dried raspberry berries, raspberry leaves, lemon peel, cinnamon sticks.
