GUSTO HOME RUM WITH PRUNES

This is the quintessence of a refined and delicate rum, with a soft and rich taste featuring notes of plum, apricot, and spices. The rum has a spicy, rounded flavor with hints of sage, cardamom, and nuts. The long, rounded finish retains light oak notes. The rum can be enjoyed neat, as well as with cola or juices, and pairs exceptionally well with lemon juice, coconut milk, and syrups. Preparation: Pour the spice and aroma blend into vodka or moonshine at 40% ABV. Leave the resulting drink in a dark place for 14 days. Shake the infusion occasionally. Depending on the amount of liquid, the flavor will range from rich (1 liter) to light (3 liters). Filter using your preferred method. Add 15–20 g of sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Let the drink "rest" for 2–3 days. Ingredients: Freeze-dried prunes, apple twigs, oak chips, sage, sweet clover, cardamom, bison grass, dried black elderberry (fruits), cedar nuts. Shelf life 12 months in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C and relative humidity no more than 75%. Usage restrictions: individual intolerance to the components of the mixture.
