The drink has a balanced and smooth taste, where elegant bitterness blends with hints of spiced herbs and subtle sweet undertones. The moderate strength (35%) ensures pleasant drinkability and a harmonious character. This tincture is excellent served neat as a digestif or aperitif, and can also be used as a base for alcoholic cocktails. Preparation: Pour the spice and aromatic blend over vodka or moonshine at 40% ABV. Leave the resulting drink in a dark place for 14 days. Shake the infusion occasionally. Depending on the amount of liquid used, the taste will range from rich (1 litre) to light (3 litres). Filter using your preferred method. Add 15–20 g of sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Allow the drink to "rest" for 2–3 days. Ingredients: Anise, Ginger, Mild Saffron, Cinnamon, Cloves, Juniper, Oak Chips, Oak Bark, Freeze-dried Blueberries
