It stabilizes and simplifies the process of extracting "heads", "tails" and "heart". Design features of the liquid extraction node: The thermometer probe can be installed in the vapor environment thanks to the sealing gasket and clamping nut. The thermometer displays accurate readings, allowing for more precise fraction extraction control. Inside the node, a mushroom-shaped structure has been introduced, whose main purpose is to protect the thermometer probe from dripping reflux, ensuring more accurate readings and, consequently, more stable distillation and more precise fraction extraction. The internal structure is a "cup within a cup" system. A groove forms inside the node where liquid accumulates during distillation, and from this groove the reflux is directed toward extraction. Operating modes: The "mushroom" inside the node is removable, allowing the node to be used in several modes: Full extraction mode. "Heads" extraction mode. "Tails" extraction mode. In full extraction mode, an additional cooler is required. The "mushroom" is placed inside the node and protects the thermometer from dripping reflux, ensuring accurate readings. In this mode, a full or fractional distillation can be performed. In "tails" extraction mode, the node is installed between the distillation cube and the packed column. During distillation, reflux accumulates in the groove and can then be easily drained through the hole in the node, stabilizing the entire distillation process and simplifying fraction extraction. In "heads" extraction mode, the node is installed in the wash column assembly after the dephlegmator. During distillation, reflux accumulates in the groove and can then be easily drained through the outlet.
