It stabilizes and simplifies the process of collecting "heads", "tails" and "heart". The new version features an improved, enhanced design that allows for comfortable production of quality home spirits. Design features of the new selection node: The probe is installed directly in the steam environment, providing maximum accurate temperature readings. Stable thermometer readings throughout the entire distillation process thanks to the "mushroom cap" that protects the thermometer probe from dripping reflux. More convenient selection adjustment due to the redesigned needle valve shape. Multiple cooling hose connection options available. The pre-cooler is fitted with a standard thread compatible with quick-release fittings or standard 1/2 plumbing connections. Use whichever option is more convenient for you. Important! Quick-release fittings are not included and must be purchased separately. The internal structure is a "cup within a cup" system. Inside the node, a groove is formed where liquid accumulates during distillation. From the groove, the reflux flows to the collection point.
