The additional cooler is connected to the condenser outlet using a silicone tube. Cold water enters through the lower fitting, circulates around the liquid tube and cools it down. The upper fitting is used to drain the warm water out. The additional cooler is made of food-grade stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and durable. The material is inert to alcohol and does not affect the taste of the resulting beverage.
