The „Altbier" style ale has a rich grain flavor complemented by complex fruity esters. The delicately aromatic „Munich" hops lend the beer subtle spicy notes with a soft woody finish. The ale ferments at temperatures between 15°C and 20°C, then conditions for 4 weeks at 3°C. The result is a clean, full-bodied hoppy beverage. Ingredients: Pale malt; Munich malt; Crystal 150 malt; Nugget hops; Hersbrucker hops; Deo-chlor; Brewing yeast. The kit includes step-by-step brewing instructions with a detailed description of each stage from mashing to tasting. Shelf life 12 months, stored in a dry place protected from direct sunlight at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
